The Atlanta Braves announced a roster move Saturday morning in advance of tonight’s game with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Braves placed reliever Grant Dayton on the 10-day injured list with left shoulder inflammation and recalled right-hander Jacob Webb from Gwinnett.
Dayton allowed two hits, one run and walked two in 1 1/3 innings of relief in Friday’s loss to the Dodgers. He has largely struggled this season allowing 15 hits and nine runs in 13 innings. Dayton has struck out 14 and walked six so far this season.
Webb returns after a brief stint with The Stripers.
