Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Max Fried will be pitching a little closer to Chattanooga this weekend.
He’s coming to Rome, Georgia. Fried will make another rehab start for Atlanta at their single A club the Rome Braves. He’ll pitch this Saturday at five o’clock. Fried went on the injured list with a forearm strain in May. He made a rehab start with the Gwinnett Stripers on Sunday, but he threw only 35 pitches. Fried will be on another limited pitch count this Saturday.
