The Braves struggled to bring baserunners home (just 1-13 with runners in scoring position), the bullpen had issues with walks again, and both of the Braves’ starting catchers were hurt in a 4-2 loss to the Marlins on Saturday night. In short, it was not a great night for the home team...although there were still plenty of Tiger memes to be found.
Brian McCann to head to the IL with hamstring strain, Alex Jackson promoted from Triple-A
As mentioned above, both Tyler Flowers and Brian McCann were hurt in last night’s game. McCann hurt his hamstring running the bases and could be out for a bit.
