The Atlanta Braves dropped a bombshell during Tuesday’s off day announcing agreed to terms with outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. on an eight-year, $100 million dollar extension that will keep him in an Atlanta uniform through the 2026 season and contains a pair of club options for 2027 and 2028. It is the second largest contract in franchise history and the largest for a player with as little major league service time as Acuña has.
