The Atlanta Braves and Washington Nationals were rained out on Saturday. No make-up date has been announced yet largely because rain is also in the forecast for Sunday.
The rain out gives Ozzie Albies an extra day of recovery after he left Friday’s game with tightness in his right hamstring. It also allows the Braves to delay a decision about a fifth starter. Mike Foltynewicz will start Sunday’s game with Sean Newcomb now set to go on Monday. That will push Julio Teheran back to Tuesday against the Marlins.
