If the Braves are looking to deal for a corner outfielder then the Texas Rangers might be a good fit. The Rangers are looking for pitching and have a couple of outfielders that might be worth the move.

It may just be posturing but the New York Yankees may be planning to hang onto right-hander Sonny Gray through the start of the season depending on the health of starter CC Sabathia who had a stent inserted back on December 11. Of course Yankees GM Brian Cashman did mention that they would move Gray should they receive what they deem a “proper return.
