It was a rough night at the plate for the Braves who got hits from exactly two players. Max Fried was forced to leave after the third inning thanks to a blister as well which is not good news for the Braves who simply cannot catch a break with starter injuries this season.
Nick Markakis just had one of the best first halves of a season in his career and he’s not only doing it at the plate, but in the field as well. Naturally there has to be more to this right? A change in mechanics or something?
