ATLANTA -- As the Braves completed the Florida portion of their Spring Training on Sunday, general manager Alex Anthopoulos was moving toward completing one-year deals with versatile outfielder Peter Bourjos and veteran infielder Ryan Flaherty.
The team has not yet announced the deals, but that could come as early as Monday morning.
Bourjos was once considered a strong prospect within the Angels' system. But the speedy outfielder who can cover a lot of ground has produced a .288 on-base percentage while spending the past four seasons playing for the Cardinals, Phillies and Rays.
