Braves lose third straight after leading early

The game started off with a bang for the visiting Braves as Ender Inciarte was hit on his foot and tripled home by Ozzie Albies. Albies joined Inciarte at home after some nifty baserunning on a groundout by Freddie Freeman to the pitcher. Atlanta couldn’t get anything else going from there and gave Max Fried a 2-0 lead before ever throwing a pitch.

The Brewers wasted no time with a response as Jonathan Villar doubled to left to get the inning started and was chased around after a steal of third and sacrifice fly from Jesus Aguilar to cut the Braves lead in half.
