The Atlanta Braves lost a series. It was their first series loss in their last eleven, in what was a bitter end to a 4-2 road trip in which they saw their NL East lead increase to 6.5 games over the Washington Nationals and 9.5 games (LOLOL) over the Philadelphia Phillies.
