The Atlanta Braves could lose a key piece of the organization this winter.
Starting pitcher Max Fried has been with the team for the last eight seasons. Over that stretch, he has blossomed into a true ace. Fried has dealt with some injuries, but over the last eight seasons, he has appeared in 168 games with the Braves and has a 3.07 career ERA.
Fried is a two-time All-Star, three-time Gold Glove Award winner, and World Series champion and certainly will get paid like it this winter.
If Fried does decide to leave this winter, Atlanta will have to act quickly to fill his spot in the rotation.
