ESPN’s Keith Law is rolling out his Top 100 prospects list for the upcoming season this week. Part 1 of the list was released on Tuesday and the Atlanta Braves have five players who fall in the 100-51 ranking. The Top 50 will be released on Wednesday but before we get to that, it is worth reminding everyone that lists like these are subjective. Law’s list is interesting for several reasons which we will touch on later. Here is a look at the Braves that made the list.
51 - Bryse Wilson - RHP
57 - Mike Soroka - RHP
75 - Drew Waters - OF
81 - William Contreras - C
87 - Austin Riley - 3B
Riley’s ranking is probably the thing that most will notice first but remember Law has historically been low on him as a prospect.
