The Atlanta Braves have gotten off to a dreadful start this season. Even after winning two out of three games against the Philadelphia Phillies, they still own a 3-9 record through their first 12 games and sit in last place in the National League East.
It's still early in the season, so there's plenty of time for the Braves to pull themselves out of their rut and become the contender they were expected to be at the start of the year.
In order to maintain their stance as a true contender, they may need to add an arm at some point between now and the trade deadline.
