Ender Inciarte doubled home a pinch-running Max Fried in the tenth inning to help the Atlanta Braves to a 3-1 win over the Miami Marlins. With the win, the Braves complete the sweep and get off to a 3-0 start on their road trip.
Julio Teheran turned in one of his best starts of the season. He cruised through the first three innings before working out of jams in the fourth and sixth innings. He’d exit the game after six having allowed two hits and two walks while striking out four. Teheran threw 103 pitches with 63 going for strikes.
