The Atlanta Braves haven’t been playing their best baseball in recent days, losing four of the last five games, including a frustrating defeat on Friday evening. However, the visitors bounced back with a more positive result on Saturday night, topping the Arizona Diamondbacks in extra innings by a final score of 5-4.
The evening began in positive fashion for the visiting team, with Ronald Acuña providing a lead-off double. From there, Johan Camargo (hitting second in the lineup!) singled to score the game’s first run and, after he advanced to second on a throwing error, the Braves managed to manufacture a run with a groundout and a sacrifice fly to take a 2-0 lead.
