As expected, the Atlanta Braves have activated reliever Chris Martin from the injured list. Martin has been sidelined since April 4 due to shoulder inflammation. To make room on the active roster, the team optioned Bryse Wilson back to Gwinnett.

Martin lasted just two-thirds of an inning against the Phillies back on April 4 before exiting with what was described as numbness in his fingers.
