The Atlanta Braves have acquired outfielder Scott Schebler from the Cincinnati Reds according to a report by MLB Trade Rumors’ Tim Dierkes. Schebler had previously been designated for assignment by the Reds.

Schebler hit 30 home runs as recently as 2017 but has been slowed by shoulder woes more recently. He appeared in just 30 games for the Reds last season struggling to a .123/.253/.222 line in just 95 plate appearances at the Major League level.
