Matt Barnes is in trouble. After seemingly breaking out earlier this season, his command woes have returned. Since working both ends of a doubleheader on August 7, Barnes has coughed up a ruinous 20.77 ERA and 3.69 WHIP over his last eight appearances (4.1 innings). He’s more than erased all the good work he accomplished earlier in the year.
