The Atlanta Braves added a new character to the team’s mascot repertoire on Saturday afternoon, using this year’s Chopfest as an unveiling party.
With a little help from kid Braves fans in attendance, along with Gold Glove center fielder Ender Inciarte, Atlanta unveiled its newest mascot named Blooper.
Ender assisted a mad scientist of sorts with an on-the-spot creation of Blooper, who is basically a large khaki-colored… thing with a large nose and ears that look like old school bicycle horns.
