Atlanta Braves starting pitcher, Brandon McCarthy, is telling reporters that he’ll be back on the mound on his next schedule start which would be next Tuesday, April 17th.
Why should this come as a surprise? On Wednesday, the Braves last game against the Washington Nationals, the 34-year-old partially dislocated his left shoulder. The correct terminology would be a left shoulder subluxation which means partial dislocated. He was listed as day-to-day, but come on…that’s gotta be painful or takes time to heal, right?
680 the Fan’s Kevin McAlpin saw McCarthy earlier today and he told him he was feeling good.
