Mike Foltynewicz allowed three runs on a pair of homers while the Braves’ offense was held in check once again in a 3-0 loss to the New York Mets.
Injuries to Johan Camargo and Charlie Culberson has caused Atlanta’s bench depth to dwindle as the season comes to a close but the Braves remain confident in the group that they have available.
“We have better options and more reliable, solid options that we could go to than last year,” Snitker said. “The one thing we’ve been bitten by with the injuries is our bench.
