Aaron Blair and the Braves had a forgettable day of spring training on Tuesday, which saw them lose 9-0 to the Phillies. Blair went four innings and while he did come up with three strikeouts, he gave up three runs and didn't exactly show sterling stuff on the mound. The same could be said for Mauricio Cabrera and the rest of the pitching staff, who clearly had a rough day. With that being said, Brian Snitker told the AJC that he thinks Blair is making progress.
“He’s consciously worked on things, and I think it’s getting better,” Snitker said.
