Bud Norris recorded his second consecutive positive start of the spring, as he went three innings and only gave up one run over those three frames. It was a good day for Braves pitchers in general, and this included a nice bounce-back appearance from Lucas Sims as well. Meanwhile, Jeff Francoeur hit a two-run homer that gave the Braves the lead that they wouldn't relinquish against the Marlins.
Hector Olivera had his first extra-base hit of spring during yesterday's victory over the Marlins. The hit was actually his 10th of the spring (with a line of 10-21 so far), and he's currently leading the Braves in hits so far.
