The G-Braves scored nine runs across their last four times at bat, cruising to an easy win over Indianapolis. Kris Medlen allowed a couple of runs on a two-run single in the second; the runs were unearned even though Jace Peterson’s single came with one out, and the Indians gave away the second out with a sacrifice bunt. Gwinnett tied the game up with a Xavier Avery sacrifice fly in the fifth, and a Lane Adams homer in the sixth, but really busted out with five runs in the seventh. Five consecutive hitters reached base with one out, including Micah Johnson on a fielding error, singles from Ozzie Albies, Ronald Acuna, and Peterson, and then a three-run homer from Adams.
