Dylan Covey of the Knights just carved up the Stripers to the tune of 9 strikeouts over 6 innings. There wasn’t much going on in this game, but Austin Riley refuses to have a slow start in AAA. He collected another base hit and showing off some patience collecting a walk. After striking out 3 times in his first AAA game, Riley has not struck out in the past 2 games and has walked once in each game. He good.
Santiago did an admiral job and kept things close, but the offense just couldn’t get things going.
