Errors cost the Bryse Wilson and the Stripers dearly in a 4-1 loss in which Gwinnett did not allow an earned run. After going down in order in the first inning the Stripers had a chance to take an early lead in the second when Sean Kazmar led off with a walk. Ryan LaMarre quickly brought him in with an RBI double and put Gwinnett up 1-0, although they could not capitalize further as the next three batters struck out. Unfortunately for the Stripers outside of a couple of singles from Bryse Wilson that was the last hit that Gwinnett would record until the sixth inning.
