Ozzie Albies, 2B: 0-for-3, .264/.313/.390
Matt Tuiasosopo got the game started off the right way for Gwinnett hitting a solo homerun to put the home team up 1-0 in the second, unfortunately that was all that happened offensively for Gwinnett as the team went 0-for-4 with runners in scoring position while stranding seven players. The Tuiasosopo homer was the lone extra base-hit for Gwinnett, with Kyle Kubitza and Lane Adams being the only other two players to reach second - after both stealing a base.
Lucas Sims gave up at least four earned runs in back-to-back games for the first time the season and has hit a bit of a rougher stretch at a time when Atlanta is struggling putting together quality starts from their starting pitchers.
