Kyle Wright had a decent start down in Triple-A and he was backed from a well-rounded offensive effort led by Austin Riley to help secure a 5-2 win over Indianapolis. The good news here is that Wright limited hard contact well and seemed pitch well beyond the first time through the order which has been an issue for him in the past. He did walk three batters which is less than ideal, but they were spread out over the course of his start and he did well to keep the ball on the ground for the most part.
