Friday was an ugly night on the scoreboard. Of the five games for the four teams in action, the Braves won just one game on the day and were outscored 35-15- though most of that damage came in the combined 19-0 losses of a double header to Charlotte.
We did get more August production from Austin Riley, a big start from Max Fried, a five RBI night from Jefrey Ramos, five big innings from Kyle Muller(though a forgettable sixth), and Kyle Wright with a strong relief outing.

Max Fried started and pitched very well, especially after giving up runs in the first and second innings before pitching three scoreless innings to finish out the start.
