The game got off to a rocky start for Kolby Allard who gave up a pair of runs before recording his first out but then settled in for a pretty solid performance. The three runs were tied for the most he’s given up in a game this season - just proving how strong he has been this year. The game opened up with a single and a homer to put Gwinnett down 2-0 to start, but he battled the rest of the way - giving up just a solo shot in the second third inning as his other earned run.
