Freddie Freeman joined the Los Angeles Dodgers prior to the 2022 season, inking a long-term commitment to them following 12 years with the Atlanta Braves.
He has since been every bit of the same player he was with Atlanta, and the respect level within both organizations is off the charts.
On the field, Freeman has faced off against the Braves a number of times, and with each appearance in Truist Park, Braves fans show their appreciation with standing ovations.
Before Friday’s game, Freeman, and his family were presented with a special gift in his son’s name, a donation to the GBS/CIDP Foundation from of the Braves organization.
