The Atlanta Braves made a couple of moves on Sunday by placing co-closer Arodys Vizcaino on the IL and demoting starting pitcher Sean Newcomb to Triple-A Gwinnett.
Gabe Burns of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution announced both of these moves via Twitter, as well as their corresponding moves.
Jacob Webb and Dan Winkler are joining the bullpen. Arodys Vizcaino to the 10-day IL.
And Sean Newcomb optioned to Triple-A. That likely means Touki Toussaint will start Friday in Cleveland.
