One of the big things that has allowed the Atlanta Braves to rebuild the team so quickly is excellent coaching in the minor league level. The team has seen long-term minor league coaches promoted to the major league level, including current manager Brian Snitker, and some of the “younger” coaches have been the subject already of rumors for more advanced jobs, but they continue to stay with the Braves in many cases.
