The Atlanta Braves are expected to activate third baseman Adonis Garcia from the 10-day disabled list this weekend.

Garcia has been recovering from Achilles tendinitis that he suffered on May 15th in Toronto. Garcia was able to remain in the rest of that game, but he was unable to play the following afternoon and was eventually placed on the 10-day DL after the Braves’ 9-5 win on May 16th.
