The 2017 MLB Draft for the Braves was headlined by the stunner of a pick Kyle Wright who dropped to the Braves. There was a time where Wright was being considered as the first overall pick because of his very talented arsenal of pitches, but when the Braves saw him slip to them the Braves were more than happy to snag him. They also added two extremely toolsy players in Drew Waters and Freddy Tarnok. In case you haven’t seen the first two segments in this series, the main goal we have is to stay within the budget that the Braves spent while sharing who we would have selected at that time.
