PHOENIX (AP) -- The Arizona Diamondbacks have agreed to one-year contracts with right-hander Shelby Miller, left-hander Patrick Corbin and four other players to avoid arbitration.
All-Star A.J. Pollock exchanged arbitration figures with the Diamondbacks on Friday. He asked for $3.9 million and the team offered $3.65 million.
Catcher Welington Castillo ($3.7 million) and right-handers Daniel Hudson ($2.7 million), Rubby De La Rosa ($2.35 million) and Randall Delgado ($1,275,000) also agreed to deals.
An All-Star last season, Miller arrived in Arizona in an offseason trade that sent 2015 No. 1 overall draft pick Dansby Swanson and outfielder Ender Inciarte to Atlanta.
