The Atlanta Braves will look to avoid a sweep Sunday night when they wrap up a three-game series with the Philadelphia Phillies. Atlanta fell in extra innings in Friday’s series opener on a walk-off home run by Scott Kingery. They weren’t able to generate any offense against Zach Eflin on Saturday in a 4-1 loss.
Atlanta swung a trade on Sunday acquiring veteran lefty Tommy Milone from the Baltimore Orioles. Milone is in Philadelphia and will make his Braves debut Sunday night. The Phillies will counter with right-hander Jake Arrieta.
Adam Duvall returns to the lineup after sitting out Saturday’s game.
