Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings has shared another insight into his recovery from his ACL injury.
The England international suffered the knee injury during the season opener against Newcastle back in August, putting an end to his before it had barely started and ruling him out of the European Championships in the summer.
Mings, who was in tears as he was taken off on a stretcher, had led Villa fans to believe that he was considering retirement as he shared a post on his Instagram account in November.
The 30-year-old had posted a black and white picture of himself sat with his head looking to the ground with the caption: 'Grateful for all your support.
