Nottingham Forest boss Steve Cooper has revealed young musician Caiden Storry visited the club's training ground this week after he could not complete the Last Post ahead of last weekend's 2-0 win over Aston Villa.
Trumpeter Storry, 16, was consoled by both sets of players and Cooper, before being given a standing ovation by the City Ground after failing to finish the famous tune that marks Armistice Day celebrations.
Cooper gave the teenager a hug on his way off the pitch and after the match vowed to get in touch with the Forest fan, with Storry visiting the squad this week.
