Roberto Di Matteo left scratching his head as Aston Villa throw away another lead in 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest

Roberto Di Matteo was left bemused as Aston Villa's habit of squandering leads struck again in spectacular style.

The Villa manager saw his side dominate Nottingham Forest and turn a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 lead, only for Henri Lansbury's unlikely late equaliser to rescue a point for the visitors.

It was the fourth time in Di Matteo's seven games in charge that Villa had let slip a winning position and the club still have just one win since February.
