Nottingham Forest 1-1 Manchester City: Pep Guardiola's side miss the chance to go top as Chris Wood's last-gasp equaliser costs the visitors two points... after league leaders Arsenal scored twice late on to beat Aston Villa

Manchester City stay in second place in the Premier League after Nottingham Forest pegged them back to snatch a 1-1 draw.

City were hugely dominant throughout and took the lead via Bernardo Silva's 20-yard stunner on the cusp of half-time.

But they failed to make several good chances pay, with both Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne missing presentable opportunities.

And Forest made them pay for their profligacy, with Chris Wood turning home Morgan Gibbs-White's cross late on - a result that leaves City two points behind leaders Arsenal, who scored two last-gasp goals to beat Aston Villa 4-2.
