Manchester City players are celebrating their dramatic title-win with an open-top bus parade through the city's streets.

Thousands of fans have gathered to cheer on their heroes following their comeback victory against Aston Villa on Sunday.

Steven Gerrard's side had taken a 2-0 lead, only for City to score three goals in five minutes through an Ilkay Gundogan brace and Rodri to seal their fourth Premier League title in five years.
