A man found with a knife in his pocket when violence broke out before an Aston Villa game against Legia Warsaw has been handed a suspended prison term.
Konrad Blaszkowski, from Bristol, was sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for a year, at Birmingham Crown Court on Thursday.
The 40-year-old had previously pleaded guilty to possessing a bladed article.
He was one of a number of Legia Warsaw fans charged after the disorder near Villa Park on 30 November.
The violence erupted when about 1,000 away supporters were not given tickets, West Midlands Police said previously.
