Some 351 days after the season kicked off, the Premier League has finally drawn to a close after the final round of fixtures were completed on Sunday.
The final round of matches saw Bournemouth's relegation confirmed despite their 3-1 win at Everton, and the Cherries will be joined in the Championship next season by Watford following their 3-2 defeat at Arsenal.
Meanwhile at the other end of the table, Leicester lost out on a Champions League place after defeat to Manchester United, while Chelsea beat Wolves to confirm qualification for Europe's elite club competition and leave the visitors hoping the Blues can beat Arsenal in the FA Cup final so they can qualify for the Europa League.
