Brentford striker Ivan Toney has given a scathing assessment of his side's showing in their 4-0 drubbing at the hands of struggling Aston Villa.
The English frontman compared the Bees' 'embarrassing performance' to a 'bunch of kids' after they went 3-0 down inside 15 minutes at Villa Park on Sunday.
The home side had sacked manager Steven Gerrard earlier this week, and were led by Aaron Danks in the absence of a full-time boss.
'Shambles, to be honest. Shambles,' said Toney of his side's dismal display.
