Former Aston Villa striker Stan Collymore has slammed angry fans on Twitter after they criticised him for appearing to stick up for Jack Grealish for partying during the coronavirus lockdown.
The 24-year-old midfielder took to social media on Monday evening to say sorry for his behaviour after pictures of him in a Birmingham suburb emerged online.
Grealish attended a party at the penthouse flat of his former Villa team-mate Ross McCormack on Saturday and did not leave until the early hours of Sunday morning.

It has also been alleged that a £70,000 white Range Rover owned by Grealish was involved in a crash with two parked cars in the area where he was pictured.
