Everton have dropped into the relegation zone after a 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa at Goodison Park.
Ollie Watkins opened the scoring for the away side with a well-taken penalty just after the hour mark.
Aston Villa's lead was then doubled by Emi Buendia with the substitute's goal sealing all three points for Unai Emery's side.
