Goalkeepers are reportedly set to be banned from distracting penalty takers after Emiliano Martinez's controversial antics at the World Cup final prompted a review of the current rules.

The Sun report that the IFAB will ratify the new rules at their annual general meeting in March, before they then officially become a part of the game.
