Jack Grealish led the way as 72 Football League clubs across the country united for a day to support their communities.
Grealish linked up with Aston Villa's 'Generation Gains' programme, designed to reduce isolation and boost the physical activity of over 65s across the city of Birmingham.
Also on the annual EFL Day of Action, Oldham boss Richie Wellens dropped in with first-team coach Paul Terry at the local food bank.
Many of the activities were aimed towards opportunities for young people.
