Aston Villa manager Unai Emery says striker Jhon Duran is a player he appreciates a lot, and who has a lot of potential, amid speculation around the 20-year-old's future at Villa Park.
Speaking ahead of the trip to face Everton in the Premier League on Sunday, the Spaniard reiterated that the Colombian is integral to his plans.
"He is playing," said Emery, who emphasised a "process" was in place for how Duran would be developed when he was signed in January 2023.
"He has been important. He is young. He will need experiences and he is having his experience with us.
